Anna's working on all kinds of great community projects, including: serving on FEDA's housing task force, helping with Fairfield's Go Green plan, serving on the board of Women, Food & Agriculture Network (http://wfan.org/) and many others.
From her bio:
With a desire to help communities consciously manage and leverage resources, I am currently pursuing graduate studies in Community and Regional Planning and Sustainable Agriculture at Iowa State University. I’m thrilled to work with WFAN and to learn from and support great women concerned with how our food is grown and the health of the land it is grown on.
I love experiencing and preparing local foods, whether from my own backyard or during travels to other states and countries. I also enjoy teaching yoga, gardening, and anything that keeps me outside and active.
